Hussar Jacket

This fitted jacket draws inspiration from the ceremonial uniforms of hussars — garments historically associated with discipline, elegance, and military precision. Reinterpreted through the lens of 1990s fashion culture, the piece transforms historical military codes into a contemporary sculptural silhouette.

The jacket features a narrow shoulder line and slim sleeves that shape the body with controlled structure. A stand collar reinforces the sharp architectural line of the neckline, while the asymmetric front closure with six buttonholes and metal buttons introduces a sense of directional movement.

Handcrafted epaulettes made from lace ribbon and decorative tassels reinterpret traditional military adornments through a softer, more expressive material language.

Constructed with a floating lining and finished internally with bound seams, the garment balances precise tailoring with refined craftsmanship.
