SANNÀT ships orders from the Republic of Moldova using NOVA POST.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is paid by the customer.
Moldova(MD)- 100 MDL
Europe(EU)- 25€
United States(USA) - 35$
These rates apply to standard delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures,weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve tracking information.
COURIER & DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY
Courier or door-to-door delivery can be arranged upon request.
Additional delivery fees are paid by the customer and are calculated according to the destination and service selected.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the SANNÀT shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional customs clearance charges may apply to orders shipped to United States depending on the declared value of the shipment.
MADE-TO-ORDER
 SANNÀT operates on a limited-production model. Pieces are produced in small quantities, while selected designs and sizes may be made to order.
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time before shipment.The estimated production time will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed. 
Where possible, pieces may also be adapted to individual measurements or specific requirements. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss customization options.
Once the piece is ready, it will be shipped via NOVA POST according to the shipping terms above.
ORDER PROCESSING
Ready-to ship orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-order pieces are produced after the order is confirmed.The estimated production time will be communicated to you before production begins.
Please make sure that your shipping information is complete and accurate.
SANNÀT is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient information.
